Starting my career as an Occupational Therapist at Life Care has been an incredibly positive experience, thanks to a supportive team and dedicated training. I feel valued and encouraged to grow. When a virus led to anxiety and depression, turning to Life Care’s clinic was ‘the best thing I ever did!’ Now, I attend Fit & Functional and Pilates classes twice a week, plus enjoy monthly Physiotherapy and ‘exceptional’ massages. I don’t feel depressed anymore, and my anxiety is basically gone. The heartfelt empathy of the team, from my ‘marvellous’ physio Vincent to Karen at reception, is key. Life Care keeps me mobile despite spinal stenosis.

Diagnosed with MS in 2011, I found Life Care in 2017, and it’s been fantastic for my exercise and Physiotherapy. The staff, like Simon, Gabby, and Lily, are ‘absolutely excellent’ and have given me the tools to stay active, strong, and healthy. Life Care enables me to enjoy football and concerts. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially for those with MS or neurological conditions. It feels like it has added 10-20 years to my life!
