Sue brings extensive expertise in financial oversight, governance, risk management, strategic decision-making, and advocacy.

A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Chartered Accountant (CA), she has held senior executive roles including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer in various organisation structure.  These leadership positions have provided her with deep insight into regulatory compliance and fiduciary responsibilities.

With a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, she also brings valuable experience working with organisations in the disability, homelessness, and broader social services sectors. Her practical understanding of complex care environments, coupled with a strategic and values-driven approach, make her a strong contributor to boardroom decision-making and governance.
