Judith Carpenter

Judith Carpenter brings over 22 years of experience serving on boards in aged care and vocational education training. For her last term with BaptistCare NSW/ACT, she served as Board Chair. She is a trained MBTI facilitator and was a founding member of the Australian Institute of Management Consulting. With a robust consulting background in Big 4 firms KPMG and PwC, Judith has successfully run her own Human Resources consulting firm for the past 28 years specialising in executive recruitment, organisational development and executive performance management. Judith has worked with leading Australian and multi-national companies in banking and finance, insurance, professional services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, information technology, telecommunications, retail and business services sectors. She has worked extensively with local, state and federal government organisations as well as with the not-for-profit sector. Judith has a sound understanding of the aged care sector, and this combined with her strong governance skills, enables her to navigate complex challenges effectively. She is adept at fostering collaboration, skilfully bringing consensus from conflicting ideas to drive strategic direction and innovation. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to unite diverse perspectives help her bring strategic insight to her roles.
