With over 20 years of experience as the General Manager of Stan Bond SA, he has a proven ability to lead organisations through periods of significant growth, focusing on financial sustainability and operational excellence. As the founder of a successful software business delivering industry-specific AI solutions, he also brings a deep understanding of technology and innovation.

Andrew’s governance experience is extensive and directly relevant to the not-for-profit sector. He served for six years as a Board Member for Baptist Care SA, where he was instrumental in strengthening governance frameworks, and holds a long-standing board position with the Fashionline Blind Industry Group, including several years as Chair.

Holding qualifications including degrees in both Human Resource Management and Marketing, and the AICD Governance for Directors Course, Andrew is adept at financial scrutiny and risk management.
