Bethany Finn celebrates Hilton Adelaide's 40th Aniversary

To celebrate its 40th birthday last month, Hilton Adelaide welcomed back three of its most successful executive chefs – Cheong Liew, Simon Bryant, and none other than Life Care’s own executive chef in residence Bethany Finn – to curate a six course dinner for 120 guests.
The menu featured a collaboration of the chef’s favourite dishes from their time at Hilton Adelaide.
Bethany ensured the dining experience finished with a bang, delivering two extraordinary dessert courses – a Valrhona chocolate soufflé cake with Cointreau raspberries and rich cream, followed by liquorice and vanilla bean checkerboard ice-cream, with dried pineapple and sugared fennel flowers.
Bethany was able to reflect on how some of her loyal customers who dined at Hilton Adelaide during her tenure as executive chef are now residents at Life Care who she gets to cook for again week in, week out.
This was a great opportunity to showcase the credentials and capability of Life Care’s executive chef in residence to a broader audience.
