Life Care Active is pleased to announce the availability of a new evidence based exercise intervention for individuals living with Parkinson’s. Usually the disease causes movements to slow and reduce in size, but this new exercise approach aims to retrain mind and body, and help recalibrate the brain to create larger movements. This means better walking, better everyday function and the chance to live life LARGE despite Parkinson’s.
