This exciting proposal is to develop a first of its kind integrated seniors living community in the region, incorporating 78 retirement living units, 24 serviced apartments and a 80 bed residential aged care facility.
The Board and Senior Management, view this as a significant acquisition which will expand Life Care’s footprint to the North of the City, and demonstrates our commitment to the sector and Senior South Australians notwithstanding the ongoing Government Reform Agenda.
