Overview
Murlali Village is just a short drive from the McLaren Vale wine district and spectacular coastal areas. Regular bus and train services operate to and from Adelaide providing easy connection with family and friends.
We have four 1-bedroom and eleven 2-bedroom homes for purchase. They offer a lounge and dining area, well equipped kitchen, laundry and generous bathroom.
All the homes are spacious and well appointed, fully insulated with reverse cycle air-conditioning and built-in robes. Personal 24 hour monitored alarms are also available. Each home has a private rear garden, outdoor storage and use of a communal carport as well beautiful shared front and rear gardens are maintained by Life Care, private outdoor storage and garages are subject to availability.

Murlali Village offers Retirement Living homes for purchase.
- All homes are for purchase at current market value. This payment is an interest free loan to Life Care for the duration of the agreement and is referred to as a ‘Licence to Occupy’. When a property becomes available, a $5,000 deposit is required to secure the home until it is occupied. This amount is fully refundable if you change your mind. When the home is vacated, the refund is based on 75% of the market value of the home at that time.
- A maintenance fee is charged fortnightly and covers council and water rates, property insurance, and ongoing maintenance and gardening services.
- All residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, phone connections and accounts and home furnishings.
