Overview
Aldinga Beach Court offer 11 comfortable and stylish 2 and 3 bedroom homes for purchase which are designed to reflect a seaside lifestyle.
Our homes include spacious lounge and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and generous bathroom. They are fully insulated with reverse cycle air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
Each home has a private rear garden and a secure garage. The shared front gardens of our homes are maintained by Life Care.
It is conveniently located opposite public transport and the local shopping centre which offers a variety of retail, post-office and banking services.
All Retirement Living residents are encouraged to use the amenities and services available at our adjacent Residential Living facility. These include access to the library, café, shop, postal service, community centre and community bus service, as well as a hair salon.
Life Care can also help to coordinate appointments and access to a range of allied health care services, including physiotherapy and podiatry. Personal 24 hour monitored alarms are also available.

Aldinga Beach Court offers Retirement Living homes for purchase.

All homes are for purchase at current market value. This payment is an interest free loan to Life Care for the duration of the agreement and is referred to as a ‘Licence to Occupy’. When a property becomes available, a $5,000 deposit is required to secure the home until it is occupied. This amount is fully refundable if you change your mind. When the home is vacated, the refund is based on 75% of the market value of the home at that time.
- A maintenance fee is charged fortnightly and covers council and water rates, property insurance, and ongoing maintenance and gardening services.
- All residents are responsible for their own gas, electricity, phone connections and accounts and home furnishings.
